Mike & Kris - Recently, I had a chance to visit the beautiful town of Sequim during a fire training academy with a few of my Firetown Training Specialist Instructor brothers.  My buddy "Big Ed" couldn't stop talking about how good the ribs at Jeremiahs were.  Needless to say, my mouth was watering when we drove up on Monday night only to find out that you are closed on Monday's.  What a let down as we were all primed for the best ribs around.  So, on Tuesday after training, we headed over to Jeremiahs BBQ again.  Yea, we were all primed and ready, but we missed out!  We didn't read the closing sign from Monday and we had just missed getting in before you closed.  Your wife came out and apologized, but we knew we should have looked closer.  Anyway, we told her that we would be back on Thursday with appetites as we were just killing ourselves talking about those ribs.  Thursday night came and I'll tell you honestly, those were the very best baby back ribs I have ever had, the meat just fell off the bones and the flavor was fantastic.  Now had to be careful a bit ranting and raving about them because my wife cooks some pretty darn good ribs herself.

I just wanted to say thank-you for those fantastic ribs and for the personal heart felt service that you and your staff provide.  There is no doubt that I will be telling my friends that visit Sequim to get in there and have some of those great ribs.  I'll be sure to tell them the right time too!
