Gaucho Wrap – Pulled pork with our own chimichurri sauce topped with sliced cabbage rolled in a tortilla. Served witth a side of beans. (Chimichurri is an Argentinean sauce made with flat leaf parsley, garlic, olive oil and other ingredients. Add a taste of spring to your meal!) .
Mediterranean Chicken Salad – Mixed baby greens and romaine with smoked chicken, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, black and kalamata olives, purple onion, feta cheese and a dinner roll.
Greek Lamb Salad
–Smoked lamb on a bed of greens tossed in our house dressing, artichoke hearts, grape and sundried tomatoes, Kalamata and black olives and purple onion. Sprinkled with feta cheese and a side of tziziki sauce. Comes with a dinner roll.
Island Style Salad – Mixed greens and smoked chicken tossed in mango vinegarette, with apple slices, bleu cheese crumbles and candied walnuts. Served with a potato roll.

Come in and try the "Hot Little Piggy", created by Rick Perry of KSQM radio. A pulled pork sandwich layered with deep fried jalapeno bottle cap slices, or a "Hot Little Piggy with a Blanket", which is topped with slaw. Its cousin is the "Raging Bull", which is a brisket sandwich layered with the jalapeno bottle caps, and "Raging Bull with a Cape", which would have the slaw on top.
One of our customers wrote in our book that the HLP in a blanket is an "adventure". They are good eats and are becoming known in the community. People are sending their friends in!

Our Ribs, Brisket, Pork and Chicken are all dry-rubbed and smoked on the premises. We do not sauce our meats. We have several lovingly crafted sauces from which to choose to top off your meat that range in sweet and heat levels and cover most regional BBQ areas.
